Responsibilities

• Achieve the community’s leasing and occupancy goals.
• Represent the TRG brand by embodying our mission, vision, and values in resident programs and relationships.
• Go beyond expectations to make living in the community relaxed, easy, and unique.
• Plan resident events, activities, and loyalty programs that add value and drive incremental revenue.
• Manage resident communication initiatives, effectively identifying and sharing meaningful information.
• Keep a finger on the pulse of resident satisfaction to deliver exceptional service.
• Update and monitor KPIs that measure traffic activity, closing ratios, applications and leasing, move-ins/move-outs, renewals, and other metrics.
• Research and establish programs for each phase of the resident lifecycle—from application to lease signing to renewal.
• Maintain a database of best practices for resident experience programs.
• Guide your team in developing tactical plans and evaluating community performance.
• Inspire colleagues to strengthen resident event strategies and partner with teams across communities to improve retention.
