TRG Management Company, LLLP seeks a property manager to lead leasing and occupancy goals at a Scottsdale community. You will drive resident programs, events, and loyalty initiatives that align with TRG’s mission and values while delivering exceptional service to residents.

Representing the brand, you will plan events, manage communications, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with other TRG communities to boost retention. This role emphasizes team leadership and proactive resident care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of the community’s leasing and occupancy goals.
• Represent the TRG brand by embodying our mission, vision, and values and infusing them into resident programs and relations.
• Go beyond expectations to make living at your community relaxed, easy, and unique.
• Plan resident events, activities, and loyalty programs that add value and drive incremental revenue.
• Manage resident communication initiatives, effectively identifying and sharing meaningful information.
• Monitor resident satisfaction levels and maintain exceptional service, updating key performance indicators such as traffic activity, closing ratios, application and leasing signing, resident satisfaction, move‑ins/move‑outs, and renewal rates.
• Research and help establish programs for each phase of the resident lifecycle—from application process to lease signing to renewal.
• Maintain a database of best‑practice resident experience programs.
• Guide your team in creating tactical plans, evaluating community performance, and strengthening resident event strategies.
• Partner with teams from other communities to deepen relationships and achieve retention goals.
• Serve as a go‑to resource for residents and community teams.
