Zusammenfassung

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

Property Type: Townhomes Stage: Stabilized Unit Count: 114 Schedule: Rotating schedule Monday-Friday; 9am-6pm + Saturdays

Qualifikationen

• Experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to multitask and manage busy schedules, including weekends.

Aufgaben

• Perform leasing activities to meet occupancy goals, greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and prepare lease documents.
• Inspect units prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance to address issues.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Communicate with residents to ensure satisfaction and manage lease renewals.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leasing decisions.
