You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, and guide move-ins.

You will use OneSite/Yardi, stay informed on market conditions, and implement plans to boost occupancy while maintaining show-quality standards.

Formación

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing and renewal activities.
• Excellent guest interaction and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications; perform credit checks and background checks.
• Prepare leases and move-in packages; ensure smooth move-ins.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate repairs.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Create and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Track availability and leasing activity using property management software.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes by preparing renewal packages and contacting renewals.
