Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Maryland to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a multifamily community. You’ll greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare move-in packets to ensure a smooth leasing process.

You will implement local marketing plans, track occupancy metrics in OneSite/Yardi, and collaborate with maintenance to keep show units in top condition while driving renewals and resident satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in leasing apartments and processing applications.
• Ability to conduct tours and close leases.
• Familiarity with on-site marketing and tenant retention.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
