Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and online tools.
