Qualifications

• 3 years of leasing experience, 2 years of lease-up experience required.
• Ability to greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and execute move-ins.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
