The position emphasizes prospect qualification, market awareness, and implementation of marketing plans to maximize occupancy while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to drive occupancy.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to design and implement marketing plans to boost occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify and show apartments to prospects; process applications and lease agreements.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages for residents ahead of move-out dates.
