Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service is preferred
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours and showing apartments, processing applications, and performing background checks
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packages, ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the property using internet marketing, referrals, and social media
• Gather and analyze market trends and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy and performance
• Ensure property and show units meet company standards through daily inspections and maintenance reporting
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues
