Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through effective marketing, tours, and lease administration. You will greet prospects, screen applicants, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins while promoting resident satisfaction.

Strong communication and presentation skills, plus experience with property management software (Entrata/Yardi or One Site) are valued. This role requires weekend availability and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; may require travel or transportation to properties.

Responsibilities

• Executes marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages, and ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing activities including referrals, employer outreach, internet marketing, social media and other property-specific plans.
• Gather, analyze and interpret market trends; stay informed about technology, tools, and standards in leasing.
• Manage lease enforcement: inspections, evictions, collections, notifications, and related processes.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and timely lease renewals; address concerns promptly.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and show-ability of the property; inspect show units daily.
• Resolve customer complaints and stay informed about occupancy drivers through marketing plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
