Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Nashville, TN. Under the supervision of the Property Manager, you will support day-to-day property operations, ensure timely rent payments, and help residents with lease guidance.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of onsite leasing experience, strong PC skills including MS Office, and a solid understanding of Fair Housing laws. A comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years on-site leasing experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of customer service and online presence to achieve positive surveys/results.
• Explain screening, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/out policies to residents and prospects.
• Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid or late balances and enforce collection procedures.
• Tour community and amenities with prospects and stay updated on apartment specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
