Mission Rock Residential in Gallatin, TN is seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist with day-to-day property management tasks under the supervision of the Property Manager. The role requires communicating with residents to ensure on-time rent payments and adherence to lease terms.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years onsite as Leasing Consultant.
• Strong PC skills and software literacy.
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Explain policies related to screening qualifications, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Review resident files to determine unpaid balances, communicate with residents, and enforce the lease.
• Tour community and vacancies, with knowledge of apartment specs, notices, and rental rates.
