Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Marketing, sales, or customer service experience required.
• Housing experience preferred, HUD/LIHTC knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Interview and screen prospective residents for occupancy.
• Identify contractors, define scope, and obtain bids.
• Process and monitor work orders.
• Process and submit invoices for payment.
• Submit reports and maintain records per policy.
• Conduct monthly file audits and perform move-in/move-out inspections.
• Manage leases, recertifications, renewals, and resident retention.
• Support marketing and advertising campaigns for leasing.
