Job summary

Millennia Housing Management seeks an Assistant Property Manager for Villages at Franklin Crossing in Kent, OH. The role reports to the Community Manager and oversees leasing, occupancy, and daily operations to ensure a well‑managed community.

The ideal candidate will handle marketing, rent collection, and recertifications, while complying with Fair Housing laws and local regulations. Strong MS Office and OnSite experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years residential leasing or property management experience.
• Experience with housing programs, HUD/LIHTC knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication, time management and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Screen and interview prospective residents for occupancy.
• Process and monitor work orders and invoices for payment.
• Maintain records, reports, and filing systems per policy.
• Conduct apartment inspections and manage move-in/move-out processes.
• Develop and execute leasing campaigns and renewals to satisfy occupancy targets.
