The Millennia Companies seeks an Assistant Property Manager for Watterson Lakeview in Louisville, KY. This role supports the Community Manager in leasing, maintenance coordination, and compliance with housing programs.

Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are essential to manage files, reports, and resident relations. Responsibilities include screening applicants, processing work orders, handling invoices, maintaining records, and assisting with marketing and recertifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Marketing, sales, or customer service experience required.
• Housing experience preferred (HUD/LIHTC).
• Willingness to travel (1-3 days).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Interviews and screens prospective residents for occupancy.
• Identifies contractors, defines scope, and obtains bids.
• Processes and monitors work orders.
• Processes and submits invoices for payment.
• Submits reports and maintains records per policy.
• Conducts monthly file audits.
• Inspects units/move-in/out conditions promptly.
• Manages leases and recertifications each month.
• Executes marketing campaigns and tenant retention efforts.
