Tarantino Properties in Jonesboro, AR is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to help lead operations at our apartment community. You’ll support the Property Manager with leasing activities, rent collection, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

The role requires 1-3 years in property management, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. You’ll handle renewals, move-ins/move-outs, resident communications, and common office duties, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property management experience.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with rent collections, delinquency management, and resident ledgers.
• Experience handling renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and resident correspondence.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post income within 24 hours of collection.
• Prepare and deliver delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate.
• Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
• Participate in leasing activity.
• File resident correspondence, answer phones, and assist in office management.
• Prepare security deposit refunds or charges.
• Post vending commissions, NSF charges, and other incomes/expenses.
• Keep lease files current and complete.
• Assist in taking over Property Manager duties when PM is unavailable.
