Tarantino-Properties, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at our apartment community in Jonesboro, Arkansas. You will assist the Property Manager with leasing, customer service, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

The role focuses on leasing activities, rent collections, notices, and maintaining resident communications with a high level of detail and organization. Join our team and contribute to a well-managed community.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property management experience required.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with rent collections and delinquency management.
• Experience handling renewals, move-ins and move-outs.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in daily community operations.
• Assist with leasing activities and resident communications.
• Process income collections and post payments within 24 hours.
• Prepare notices for delinquencies, evictions, and terminations.
• Maintain lease files and coordinate office tasks.
• Take over responsibilities when the Property Manager is unavailable.
