Job summary

Forest Creek Apartments in Conroe, TX is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager with strong leasing and operational experience to join its onsite team.

You will handle leasing activities, collect rent, issue delinquency notices, manage resident files, and support occupancy goals while stepping in as Property Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong leasing and rental operations experience.
• Experience handling rent collection, notices, and evictions.
• Excellent organizational skills and file management.
• Ability to cover Property Manager duties in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post rental income.
• Prepare delinquency notices and three-day notices to vacate.
• Communicate with residents about renewals, notices, and move-outs.
• Assist with leasing activities and occupancy goals.
• Maintain accurate resident files and documentation.
• Support general office operations and resident correspondence.
• Prepare security deposits refunds/charges and post miscellaneous income/expenses.
• Ensure lease files are current and compliant.

Forest Creek Apartments is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager with strong leasing and operational experience to join its onsite team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and post rental income
• Prepare and deliver delinquency notices, three-day notices to vacate, and assist with eviction processes
• Communicate with residents regarding renewals, notices, and move-outs
• Actively participate in leasing activities and support occupancy goals
• Maintain accurate and organized resident files and documentation
• Assist with general office operations, including phone coverage and resident correspondence
• Prepare security deposit refunds and charges
• Post miscellaneous income and expenses, including NSF checks and vendor commissions
• Ensure all lease files are current, complete, and compliant
• Assume Property Manager responsibilities in their absence, as needed
