Job summary

WorkBay in San Antonio seeks a Leasing & Property Manager to drive tenant acquisition, manage showings, and nurture relationships across the portfolio.

In this role you will use WorkBay CRM and Appfolio to track leads, sign leases, coordinate move-ins and renewals, and support ongoing property operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B sales or property management, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales, account management, or outside sales.
• Real estate or property management experience is helpful but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.
• Proven time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant showings and post-showing leads.
• Conduct in-person showings of properties with prospective tenants.
• Use WorkBay CRM to track tenant leads and maintain a robust lead pipeline.
• Develop tenant leads through cold calling and competitor site visits.
• Sign tenants to WorkBay-approved leases and assist with move-ins/outs.
• Explain Appfolio app, CRM, and lease-up processes to tenants.
• Facilitate move-in and move-out procedures and renewals.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants and assist with day-to-day requests.
• Assist with property visits, maintenance reporting, and branding development.
