Job summary

Presidential Staffing Solutions, LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Property Manager to oversee commercial and/or residential properties. You will aim to maintain high occupancy, maximize profitability, and ensure tenant and owner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in property management.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Property management or real estate license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advertise vacant properties
• Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities
• Hold open houses
• Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references
• Accept rental payments and provide receipts
• Respond to tenant inquiries
• Maintain deep knowledge of the local market and housing trends
• Negotiate leasing terms and close deals
• Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
