Job summary

Brookside Properties in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Leasing Professional for District at Hamilton Place to welcome prospective residents and showcase the community.

You will convert leads to leases, process applications, maintain files, coordinate tours, and participate in local marketing while upholding Fair Housing standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Apartment leasing experience preferred but not required.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Social media marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and provide exceptional apartment tours.
• Convert leads into leases using strong sales and customer service skills.
• Process applications, lease paperwork, and move-in documentation.
• Maintain resident files and property records.
• Keep model apartments and amenities tour-ready.
• Build relationships through local marketing and outreach.
• Respond to resident questions promptly and professionally.
• Conduct daily community inspections to maintain curb appeal.
• Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies.
