Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a Temporary Leasing Professional for Pine Street Flats in The Gulch, Nashville, TN. This short-term role focuses on delivering an exceptional experience to prospective and current residents and supporting property marketing efforts.

You will conduct tours, process applications, maintain model apartments, and keep leasing records accurate while upholding Fair Housing and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, positive and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Entrata is a plus.
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ready for your next opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and connect with prospective residents through tours, calls, emails and follow-up.
• Lease apartments and assist prospects throughout the application process.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments and amenities.
• Maintain model apartments and vacant homes to ensure tour readiness.
• Prepare and maintain accurate leasing and resident records.
• Respond to resident and prospect questions with professionalism and urgency.
• Support resident retention and property marketing efforts.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
• Help create a positive high energy experience for residents and prospects.
