Job summary

Seasons at Mount Pleasant is hiring a Leasing Professional to join a dynamic team in Wisconsin. The full-time role focuses on guiding prospective residents from inquiry to signed leases, presenting floor plans, pricing, and amenities, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will handle tours, respond promptly to inquiries, and assist with onboarding residents while maintaining organized records using modern online tools.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate how fantastic it is to live at one of FRED’s properties.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in leasing, sales, teaching, or hospitality preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing process from initiation to completion, understanding the needs of potential residents and effectively addressing them to finalize lease agreements.
• Showcase knowledge of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings during tours for prospective residents.
• Follow up on phone and internet inquiries from existing and potential residents promptly to foster a connection.
• Contribute to digital marketing outreach and assist in planning resident events and activities.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records using online tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing process from initiation to completion, understanding the needs of potential residents and effectively addressing them to finalize lease agreements.
• Showcase a comprehensive knowledge of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings while conducting tours for prospective residents.
• Follow up on phone and internet inquiries from both existing and potential residents promptly to foster a connection.
• Utilize your creativity to contribute to digital marketing outreach and assist in planning resident events and activities.
• Proficiently prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records using cutting-edge online tools and systems.
  

General Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate how fantastic it is to live at one of FRED’s properties.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in leasing, sales, teaching, or hospitality preferred but not required. The ability to provide top notch customer service in a timely manner is required.
• Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).
  

Schedule

Full-time daytime hours, including 2 Saturday's a month or as needed.
