Fiduciary Real Estate Development in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional for Seasons at Grafton. You will lead the leasing process from inquiry to lease, conduct tours of floor plans and amenities, and respond promptly to inquiries.

You will assist with digital marketing, plan resident events, and maintain lease records using online tools. Strong communication, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and excellent customer service are required; a reliable vehicle and valid

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate how fantastic it is to live at one of FRED’s properties.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in leasing, sales, teaching, or hospitality preferred but not required. The ability to provide top notch customer service in a timely manner is required.
• Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with good driving record, and auto insurance is required.

Key Responsibilities

Full-time hours, Daytime hours Tuesday through Saturday.
