Job summary

Fiduciary Real Estate Development is seeking a Leasing Professional for The Saddle Brook Apartments in Wisconsin. You will lead the leasing process, conduct tours, and address resident needs, while supporting digital marketing and event planning.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent customer service. Prior leasing or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory, with comprehensive benefits offered.

• Showcase a comprehensive knowledge of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings while conducting tours for prospective residents.
• Follow up on phone and internet inquiries from both existing and potential residents promptly to foster a connection.
• Utilize your creativity to contribute to digital marketing outreach and assist in planning resident events and activities.
• Proficiently prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records using cutting-edge online tools and systems.
