Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Entrata experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and work on-site five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours to prospective residents and visitors.
• Process credit screening, background checks, lease documents and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy and ensure readiness for move-in.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the market.
• Use promotional items and technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue.
• Assist with lease renewals and communicate renewal processes.
• Build relationships with prospects and residents to drive leasing decisions.
