At ConcordRENTS, the Leasing position emphasizes daily leasing tasks, tours, and resident relations. The role may involve evenings and weekends to accommodate prospective residents’ schedules, and travel between communities may be required to support regional portfolios.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general business, property management, sales or customer service required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated customer service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks essential to leasing an apartment home, including preparing the property for business and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Respond timely to prospective resident inquiries and encourage tour appointments.
• Explain lease options, move-in costs, and current promotions to potential residents.
• Initiate timely follow-up with prospective residents and maintain product knowledge of the community.
• Coordinate with Café and Recertification teams to ensure timely submission of documents by new and renewing residents.
