Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive apartment leasing, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain strong resident relations across Florida communities. The role involves promoting floorplans, explaining lease options, and coordinating with Café/recertification teams for resident documentation.

You will conduct tours, answer inquiries, and ensure a welcoming environment at each community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated customer service or sales experience.
• Property management leasing experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem resolution work experience.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks essential to leasing an apartment home.
• Prepare the property for business by completing Morning Merchandising and site checks.
• Respond timely to prospective resident inquiries.
• Encourage prospective residents to schedule tour appointments and explain lease options.
• Discuss application qualifications, move-in costs, and current promotions.
• Create urgency to secure applications and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain knowledge of community standards and coordinate with teams.
• Represent the organization with exceptional customer service.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate resolutions with appropriate teams.
• Schedule evenings, weekends, and on-call support as needed.
