Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations and support daily community functions. You will lease apartments to sustain occupancy and revenue, handle rent collection and notices, and assist with move-out and transfer requests.

Collaborate with the on-site team to deliver exceptional resident service. The role requires 2+ years' leasing experience in multifamily, strong sales and customer service skills, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and notices.
• Assist with move-out notices, service requests, and transfers.
• Support manager and develop Leasing Agent to improve performance.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Collaborate with Property Manager and onsite team to ensure success.
