Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional for our Sorrento Bluff community in Beaverton, OR. You will conduct prospecting, tours, and move-in experiences, while ensuring first-rate service and clear communication with prospects and residents.

You will help with lease renewals, residential marketing, and community events, using MS Office and Yardi/One Site as needed. A housing discount and robust benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and customer service experience is required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and explain features of apartment homes.
• Professional demeanor in both manner and dress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual and in-person.
• Provide excellent customer service and a stellar move-in experience.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
• Market available units using social media and internet platforms.
• Assist in lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.
• Plan and execute community events and market research on comps.
