Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional for our Sorrento Bluff community in Beaverton, OR. You will conduct prospecting, tours, and move-in experiences, while ensuring first-rate service and clear communication with prospects and residents.

You will help with lease renewals, residential marketing, and community events, using MS Office and Yardi/One Site as needed. A housing discount and robust benefits accompany the role.

• Prior sales and customer service experience is required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and explain features of apartment homes.
• Professional demeanor in both manner and dress.

Sorrento Bluff has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success.

Sorrento Bluff is a garden-style community with only 127 units spread out on nearly 7 acres! Residents and team members alike enjoy our large open grassy areas and luscious landscaping, located in a tucked away corner of Murrayhill in SW Beaverton.

JOB DESCRIPTION

What your day might look like

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
• Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers'
• Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
• Community event planning and execution
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units
• Assisting in lease renewals
• Respond to resident concerns

What we are looking for

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress

The hourly range for this role is $19.00 - $22.00

Additional Compensation

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
