Greystar, Beaverton-based, is seeking a Leasing Professional at Sorrento Bluff with 127 units. You will conduct tours (virtual and in-person), qualify prospects, and ensure a stellar move-in experience.

Responsibilities include follow-ups by phone/email, market research on comps for marketing, event planning, and resident relations. Prior sales/customer service is preferred; proficiency with MS Office and Yardi/One Site is a plus. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifikationen

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions.
