Greystar in Eugene, OR is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional for The Byron at Crescent Village, a 102-unit community in Crescent Village. You will conduct tours, respond to prospects and residents, and ensure a stellar move-in experience with a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Yardi/One Site experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and explain apartment features.
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.

Responsibilities

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours.
• Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers.
• Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes.
• Community event planning and execution.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
• Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units.
• Assisting in lease renewals.
• Respond to resident concerns.
