Job summary

Brookside Providence in Smyrna, TN is seeking a Leasing Professional to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and close leases. The role requires strong customer service and attention to detail, with basic computer skills and Saturday availability.

Training is provided to help you manage applications, deposits, and lease documents while supporting marketing efforts. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay with a monthly commission bonus, generous PTO, health/dental/vision insurance

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); Entrata experience a plus.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct tours, and close leases.
• Manage applications, deposits, and lease documentation.
• Maintain organized resident and property files.
• Support marketing efforts and promote the community online.
• Ensure apartments and community areas are tour-ready.
