Fiduciary Real Estate Development (FRED) is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Professional for Seasons at Mount Pleasant. The role involves leading from inquiry to lease execution, showing units, and detailing pricing and community amenities to prospective residents.

You will thrive in a fast-paced team environment, delivering exceptional customer service while handling follow-ups, digital marketing support, event planning, and precise lease documentation.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on phone and internet inquiries promptly to build connections.
• Assist with digital marketing outreach and plan resident events and activities.
