Fiduciary Real Estate Development seeks a part-time Leasing Professional for Seasons at Spring Street in Mount Pleasant, WI. You will lead leasing, conduct tours, and respond to inquiries, while supporting resident events and marketing efforts. A reliable vehicle and license are required; weekend and Monday shifts are part of the schedule.

You will join a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and building a welcoming community atmosphere across multiple Wisconsin properties.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate benefits of living at a FRED property.
• Prior experience in leasing, sales, teaching, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with a good driving record; auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing process from initiation to completion and finalize lease agreements.
• Showcase pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings; conduct tours for prospective residents.
• Follow up on phone and internet inquiries promptly to foster connections.
• Contribute to digital marketing outreach and assist in planning resident events and activities.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records using online tools and systems.
