Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional in Indianapolis, IN to join our team. Ideal candidates will have leasing or sales experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

The role includes touring and leasing apartments, maintaining model units, and handling leasing paperwork with attention to detail. Saturday availability and professional attire are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leasing experience preferred; strong sales or customer service background required.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Entrata experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tour, lease, and renew apartments.
• Prepare and maintain model units.
• Maintain accurate property and resident files.
• Respond to resident inquiries courteously and promptly.
• Execute leasing paperwork and application screening.
• Perform daily inspections and support marketing efforts.
• Uphold Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Leasing experience preferred; strong sales or customer service background required
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Entrata and social media (Facebook, Instagram) experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and office-ready attire
• Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
• Ability to walk property grounds, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
• Saturday availability required
