Job summary

Brookside Properties in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join our team. You will tour, lease, and renew apartments and maintain model units.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, leasing or sales experience, proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel, and a customer‑service focus. Saturday availability is required.

Entrata experience and social media savvy are a plus, with company-paid benefits including life insurance, 401(k) match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leasing experience preferred; strong sales or customer service background required.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Entrata and social media (Facebook, Instagram) experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and office-ready attire.
• Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused.
• Ability to walk property grounds, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs.
• Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Tour, lease, and renew apartments.
• Prepare and maintain model units.
• Maintain accurate property and resident files.
• Respond to resident inquiries courteously and promptly.
• Execute leasing paperwork and application screening.
• Perform daily inspections and support marketing efforts.
• Uphold Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards.
