Job summary

Brookside Properties seeks a Floating Leasing Professional to support multiple apartment communities across Sellersburg and Louisville. You will welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, and convert leads into leases while providing excellent service.

The role requires 2+ years leasing or related experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel. Saturday availability, Entrata knowledge, and a robust commission potential accompany a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required.
• Previous multifamily leasing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel between apartment communities as needed.
• Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging apartment tours.
• Convert leads into signed leases and move-ins.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, traffic logs, and CRM updates.
• Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts.
• Support community marketing, outreach, and social media initiatives.
• Help maintain model apartments and strong community curb appeal.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required
• Previous multifamily leasing experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to adapt quickly to different communities and teams
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Indianapolis area
• Ability to work Saturdays as part of the leasing schedule
• Entrata experience is a plus
