Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a proactive Floating Leasing Professional to support multiple apartment communities in the Sellersburg, IN and Louisville, KY markets. The role involves welcoming prospects, giving engaging tours, converting leads into leases, and delivering top-notch resident service.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years in leasing or related customer service, strong communication, and the ability to travel across communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required.
• Previous multifamily leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and closing skills.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different communities and teams.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Indianapolis area.
• Ability to work Saturdays as part of the leasing schedule.
• Entrata experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel between apartment communities as needed.
• Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging apartment tours.
• Convert leads into signed leases and move‑ins.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, traffic logs, and CRM updates.
• Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts.
• Support community marketing, outreach, and social media initiatives.
• Help maintain model apartments and strong community curb appeal.
