Job summary

Brookside Properties in Chattanooga is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join our team. You will tour, lease, and renew apartments, maintain resident files, respond to inquiries, and support marketing efforts with a professional approach.

We offer a competitive hourly rate plus commission, generous PTO, company-paid life insurance, a 401(k) match, paid holidays, and opportunities for advancement. HS diploma required; leasing or sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leasing experience preferred; strong sales or customer service background required.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Entrata and social media experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and office-ready attire.
• Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused.
• Ability to walk property grounds, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Tour, lease, and renew apartments.
• Prepare and maintain model units.
• Maintain accurate property and resident files.
• Respond to resident inquiries courteously and promptly.
• Execute leasing paperwork and application screening.
• Perform daily inspections and support marketing efforts.
• Uphold Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards.
