Job summary

Brookside Properties in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join our team. You will tour, lease, and renew apartments while maintaining model units and resident files, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting marketing efforts.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, leasing experience or sales background, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel. Entrata and social media familiarity is a plus; Saturday availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and support marketing efforts.
• Uphold Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards.

What We’re Looking For:
