Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a Floating Leasing Professional to support apartment communities in Sellersburg, IN and Louisville, KY. You will travel between communities, welcome prospective residents, tour properties, and convert leads into signed leases with strong customer service.

The role requires high energy, reliability, and the ability to work with multiple communities. Familiarity with Entrata is a plus, and travel within the Indianapolis area may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality or customer service experience.
• Previous multifamily leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and closing skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across markets.

Responsibilities

• Travel between apartment communities as needed.
• Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging tours.
• Convert leads into signed leases and move-ins.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Maintain leasing records, traffic logs, and CRM updates.
• Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts.
• Support marketing, outreach, and social media initiatives.
• Help maintain model apartments and curb appeal.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required

• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to adapt quickly to different communities and teams
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Indianapolis area
• Ability to work Saturdays as part of the leasing schedule
• Entrata experience is a plus
