Job summary

Peak Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team and lease 250+ units across Wade Manor, The Park, and Poet Place. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, presenting property features, and closing leases with strong product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have leasing experience, an understanding of Fair Housing, and reliable transportation. Bilingual skills are a plus to support a diverse tenant base and tour coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leasing multifamily units and understanding Fair Housing requirements.
• Ability to communicate features and benefits to close the sale.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus and can aid in serving a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Lease for 250+ units across three locations (Wade Manor, The Park & Poet Place).
• Demonstrate community and apartment/model knowledge to customers and close sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Peak Management professionally.

• Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.
• Must be to work Full Time at Wade Manor, but able to commute to tour at The Park & Poet Place (as needed)
• Must have leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer's need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale. Bilingual a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
