Job summary

Peak Management is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage leases for 250+ units across Wade Manor, The Park, and Poet Place. The role requires strong customer service, leasing experience, and knowledge of Fair Housing.

Bilingual candidates are a plus, with reliable transportation to tour multiple properties. The position is full-time at Wade Manor, with occasional tours at The Park & Poet Place as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and communicate features to close the sale.

Responsibilities

• Lease 250+ units across three locations (Wade Manor, The Park & Poet Place).
• Conduct tours of properties and show model apartments to prospective tenants.
• Explain features and benefits to close leases and meet sales targets.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and tenant relations.

• Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.
• Must be to work Full Time at Wade Manor, but able to commute to tour at The Park & Poet Place (as needed).
• Must have leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer’s need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale. Bilingual a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.

• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
