Job summary

Peak Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to lease 250+ units across Wade Manor, The Park, and Poet Place. The role requires leasing experience, solid Fair Housing knowledge, and excellent customer service to match tenants with the right homes.

As part of a team-oriented environment, you will conduct tours, communicate features and benefits, and close sales while maintaining high standards and compliance. A valid driver’s license is needed for site tours.

Qualifications

• Must have leasing experience and solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of community and apartment/model to close sales.
• Bilingual a plus; excellent communication skills are required.
• Must have reliable transportation to tour properties and meet with prospects.
• Full-time availability at Wade Manor with occasional travel to The Park & Poet Place as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lease for 250+ units across three locations (Wade Manor, The Park, Poet Place).
• Communicate features and benefits to prospective tenants to close sales.
• Provide tours and respond to inquiries with strong customer service.
• Meet the scheduling needs for on-site tours and property viewings.

• Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.
• Must be to work Full Time at Wade Manor, but able to commute to tour at The Park & Poet Place (as needed).
• Must have leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer's need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale. Bilingual a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
