You will conduct local marketing, leverage social media to engage the market, and maintain exceptional customer service while meeting monthly sales goals. A 4-year degree is preferred, with background screenings required.

The Leasing Professional plays a crucial role in our organization by connecting apartment home renters with our beautiful communities. Our Leasing Professionals, above all else, are challenged to providing outstanding customer service and to have FUN at work, all while learning the business of Residential Property Management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct creativeB2Bmarketingin the local community to promote awareness.
• Greet andtour perspective residents to secure leases using proven closing techniques.
• Effectivelymarketthe community andcommunicatewith residents usingsocial media.
• Regularly survey and report on local market conditions to ensure competitive advantage.
• Track andmanageleadsand perform aggressivefollowup with perspective residents.
• Participate in physical inspections and property awareness efforts to ensure quality assurance.
• Meet monthly sales goals.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Superiorcustomer serviceand polishedcommunicationskills.
• Must be highlyself-motivatedand have a sense of urgency.
• Priorsalesexperienceand proven academic success is preferred.
• A 4-year degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Background screenings required.
• 8:00 am-5:00 pm, 5 days a week, days TBD during hiring. Available to work Saturdays.
