The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A significant portion involves managing rental leads, coordinating showings, supporting tenants, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with Google Drive and social media platforms.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage rental leads and inquiries via phone, text, and email
• Schedule and conduct apartment showings
• Maintain and manage a showing calendar
• Follow up with prospective tenants and past showings
• Convert leads into successful leases
• Maintain and update rental trackers
• Foster positive tenant relationships through effective communication and responsiveness
• Screen applicants and prepare lease agreements
• Assist with coordinating unit turnovers
• Notify current tenants of scheduled showings
• Support the leasing and property management teams with ongoing needs
• Serve as the front-of-house point of contact, greeting visitors professionally
• Establish and maintain office routines and organization
• Answer incoming calls and general inquiries
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail; manage outgoing mail
• Accept, record, and post rent payments (Buildium)
• Prepare and deliver bank deposits
• Order and organize office, kitchen, and bathroom supplies
• Run errands and assist with day-to-day operational tasks

We strive to make housing both easy and affordable and take pride in the quality of our homes and providing residents with the best service possible. We currently own and manage nearly 400 residential units and 100,000 SQFT of commercial space.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Marketing

• Manage rental leads and inquiries via phone, text, and email
• Schedule and conduct apartment showings
• Maintain and manage a showing calendar
• Follow up with prospective tenants and past showings
• Convert leads into successful leases
• Maintain and update rental trackers

Property Management Support
