Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Cranston, RI communities. You will connect renters with available apartments, greet prospects, and tour properties to secure leases using proven closing techniques.

Day-to-day duties include marketing the community, engaging with residents on social media, tracking leads, and maintaining targets. The role emphasizes outstanding service, a sense of urgency, and teamwork within a market-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service and polished communication skills.
• Must be highly self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
• Prior sales experience and proven academic success is preferred.
• A 4-year degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred.
• Background screenings required.
• 8:00 am–5:00 pm, 5 days a week, Saturdays possible.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents to secure leases using closing techniques.
• Conduct local community marketing to promote awareness (B2B marketing).
• Market the community and communicate with residents via social media.
• Survey local market conditions and report findings for competitive advantage.
• Manage leads and follow up with prospective residents.
• Participate in property inspections and awareness efforts.
• Meet monthly sales goals.
