Job summary

Brookside Properties in Batavia, OH is seeking a Leasing Professional to welcome prospective residents, conduct apartment tours, and close leases. This on-site, full-time role requires excellent customer service and the ability to manage applications, renewals, and day-to-day operations.

You will maintain presentation-ready models and tour paths, support resident communication, and assist with community events.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is required.
• Experience with Ohio Tax Credit regulations is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Tech-savvy; property management software experience is a plus.
